Arizona Senior Olympics is all about fitness. It's about providing an INCENTIVE for people over the age of fifty to begin and maintain a fitness program. Competition has a wonderful way of making us stretch our capabilities. It helps us to reach past what we thought we could do to achieve what we hoped we could do. It creates the goal of always improving our "personal best" no matter what sport we choose.

Nearly ten thousand people over the age of fifty participated in Senior Olympics Games and events last year. Many thousands more took part in clinics, workshops and other competitions. We are proud to be "Arizona's Leader in Senior Fitness"
