Summer’s almost here. This month we asked Kristian Seemeyer to check out some cool getaways around our state. What she came up with is a fabulous list of 10 cool and not necessarily well-known spots to cool off as the temps rise. They’re cooler than the Valley, awash in beauty and have plenty of history. They’re interesting, visual knockouts and they reek of the past — in a good way!
