We make day to day living easier by offering the right amount of services and care at the right time, and around the clock staffing for any unanticipated needs.
Sterling House of Chandler offers assisted living for older adults who want to maintain their independence while receiving the daily support they need.
Residents live in their own private apartments and receive assistance with personal care and hygiene by our trained staff available 24 hours a day. Three nutritious meals are included each day, as well as snacks and beverages that are available at all times. Other services include ongoing monitoring of healthcare needs, medication management, Life Enrichment activities and outings, scheduled transportation, special diet accommodation, laundry, housekeeping, and incontinence management.
We offer additional services for unscheduled needs and personal requests - i.e. pet care, room service, escorts to outside appointments and shopping, running errands, etc., Our short term stay program is available for family vacations or a much needed rest for family caregivers.
Building Description
Sterling House of Chandler is a one-story residence that includes 50 apartments in five different styles, as well as 12 studios that surround an enclosed courtyard with patios and walking areas, a misting system and barbeque.
Apartment features include individual climate control, emergency response system, kitchenette/sink, small refrigerator and microwave, private bath with walk-in shower, cable TV, large closet with built-in shelving and wheelchair access.
Additional community features include individual mailboxes, living room with fireplace, parlor, recreation room, private dining room, laundry room, library, beauty salon/barber shop, spa, Arizona sun room, ice cream parlor, gallery, coded security system and handrails.
Comments
Hospice Care, personal attendant care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are all available as needed. Respite Care and Short Term stays are available. Please call for availability.
