Glencroft strives to meet the needs of all senior adults. In addition to the Villas, Condos and Garden apartments, the Towers apartments offer living accommodations with government subsidized rent for those who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) eligibility. If needed, assisted living accommodations for personal and directed care are available in the Friendship Manors. Additionally, the Towers Assisted Living offers personal care for those with low income. And, should the need arise, our community includes a Medicare-certified nursing center.
Activities/Services
Glencroft offers a wide variety of activities and services. Activities include water exercise, a wellness program, exercise classes with a certified trainer, Wii Bowling, billiards, quilting, croquet, horseshoes, dinner theater, game nights, in-house movies, monthly birthday parties, watercolor classes, computer classes, on-campus community church, weekly Bible studies, ceramic room, gift shop, coffee shop, shuffleboard and much more. Our full time activities director plans a variety of social outings and tours each month. You can be as busy as you want. Glencroft is proud to offer the services of our Resident Managers - they provide first response assistance in residents' homes in emergency situations. This is a safety precaution for our residents and gives families a sense of security knowing help is close at hand.
Building Description
Our beautiful community is situated on a 40-acre campus with huge trees and lush landscape. The campus has four dining rooms, an auditorium, computer lab, video and book library, flower and gift shop and a convenience grocery store. Large courtyards surround many of our buildings. Additionally, we have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, bank branch and activity center. Our apartments include a refrigerator, range, emergency call system, smoke detectors, individual temperature controls, and window treatments.
Monthly Rates
For specific pricing information, please contact the community. The Villa and Friendship Manor (Assisted Living) apartments are occupied on a monthly rental basis. Our Condo and Garden apartments are primarily available on a life lease with an entrance deposit of which a portion is refundable at the time the apartment is re-occupied. Some Condo and Garden apartments are available for rent.
