Our Independent Living is beautifully landscaped with access to covered parking and elevators throughout. The dining room offers three meals a daily on flexible meal passes. Residents never pay for meals they do not take! We also have a 4,000 square foot social hall, swimming pool, Jacuzzis, lush gazebo, library and barber & beauty salon. The apartments offer spacious floor plans, private patios, walk-in closets, full kitchens, and 24-hour emergency call system.
Our Assisted Living has the feel of a cruise ship with a luxurious dining room, chapel, elegant lounges, and beautifully appointed living room that all give residents a sense of belonging. You truly have to see it to believe it! We also have a barber and beauty salon, lush courtyards, billiards room and a nice library to curl up with a favorite book. The dining room is open throughout the day with daily menu items or a full grill menu to choose from. This is what assisted living was meant to be!
Monthly Rates
Independent Living rates start at $1014 per month and include continental breakfast, all utilities (except telephone)including Cable TV, weekly housekeeping, transportation, activities, free laundry facility, and emergency call system.
Assisted Living rates start at $2660 and include utilities (except telephone), cable TV, weekly housekeeping & laundry, 3 meals a daily plus snacks, transportation, daily bed making & garbage removal, primary care nurse, and 24-hour certified caregivers. Personal and Directed Care plans are available at additional cost.
Ideally located between US 60 and Loop 202 on Higley Road in Mesa. Close to malls, restaurants, and churches. The Citadel is part of a full-service campus of care with skilled nursing, outpatient therapy, and Affinity Hospice readily available.
