Monthly rates include: 25 meals monthly, scheduled transportation, cable TV, semi-monthly housekeeping (including flat linens), complimentary laundry facilities, emergency communication system, utilities (except telephone), and maintenance.
Extra Charges: One-time residency fee-$400-$600, pet fee- $300-$400, covered parking- $15 per month, additional person-$325.
