Heated pool and Jacuzzi, shuffleboard, a beautiful chapel with pastoral care and an interdenominational Sunday service, a 9-hole putting green, poolside barbeques, scheduled transportation and wellness programming designed to improve functional abilities. Our Activity Director coordinates parties and celebrations, guest speakers, Bible studies, coffee hours, card and board games, bingo, in-house movies, well-being activities and a monthly newsletter. Good Shepherd Villa offers 1 and 2 bedroom villas. The centrally located Clubhouse includes a dining room, library with computer, big-screen TV, Resident Services office, and a Wellness Center. The spacious single level villas include carpeting, vertical blinds, 24-hour emergency call system, safety bars in the bathrooms, smoke detectors, washer and dryer hook-ups, refrigerator, stove, individual thermostat and large patios.
Monthly Rates
Monthly rates include: utilities, transportation, housekeeping, covered carport, emergency call system, interior/ exterior maintenance, lawn care and social activities.
Extra Charges: Phone, cable TV, optional meals, care companions, beauty/barbershop service, and a refundable security deposit. Additional services are offered to residents at an option for those residents who require more assistance, including two meals a day, daily well-being checks, and laundry and linen service.
