The Beatitudes Campus, a nonprofit ministry of the Church of the Beatitudes, is undergoing a major redevelopment of their 325 apartment home campus by adding 199 apartments in Phase I of construction. Promenade at the Beatitudes Campus will offer residents independent living in their own apartment or patio home, with assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care available on site, if ever needed. Services include a flexible dining program, paid utilities, bi-weekly housekeeping, interior/exterior maintenance, 24-hour security, scheduled transportation and more.
Activities include social outings, educational programs, arts and crafts classes, and more.
Building Description
Surrounded by lovely courtyards, gardens and walkways, Promenade residences will be available in one-, two- and two bedroom with den floor plans, and will feature modern kitchens, patios or balconies, cable television and more. A Town Plaza will serve as the social hub of activities and services, boasting three dining venues, activities center, library, wellness clinic, gift shop, bank, beauty salon/barbershop, spa/fitness center, swimming pool, computer center and woodworking shop.
Monthly Rates
Promenade residents will pay a 90% refundable entrance fee, as well as a monthly service fee. The service fee, which varies depending on the specific residence chosen, includes one meal per day, residence/grounds maintenance, all utilities except telephone, wellness services and a 24-hour emergency call system. Additional fees will be assessed for extra meals, double occupancy, covered parking and pets. Fees for assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing residences and services will vary depending upon the level of service required. Rates for all higher levels of care include three daily meals, 24-hour nursing assistance, activities, housekeeping, laundry services, medication monitoring and scheduled transportation.
