Casa has a full time Activity Director to keep you busy as you want to be! We provide plenty of social events for a variety of entertainment! There are exercise classes, bridge, poker, religious services, guest lectures, and entertainers right here at Casa. Casa features a restaurant-style dining room (with private party dining available), a Cafe, library, fitness center, card room, beauty/barber shop, elevators, putting green, outdoor gazebo, heated swimming pool/spa, and much more!
Casa del Rio offers both one-bedroom, one-bath, and two-bedroom two bath apartments. square footage ranges from 590 to a spacious 1440 square feet. All include full kitchens with appliances, window treatments, spacious closets, individual temperature controls, emergency call system, smoke detectors, with a patio/balcony and washer/dryer in select units. Maintenance service, expanded cable television, 24-hour concierge, transportation and all utilities (except telephone) are included.
Monthly Rates
We are flexible so Residents design their lifestyle at Casa del Rio! Short or long-term leases are available; along with the Special Package Plan option, which includes a meal a day, bi-weekly housekeeping and covered parking. Or, a Resident can go a-la-carte, choosing meals and housekeeping based on their own lifestyle. Small pets are also welcome, so everyone can call Casa del Rio home!
