Casa has a full time Activity Manager to keep you as busy as you want to be! We provide plenty of social events for a variety of entertainment! Casa features a beautiful dining room (with private party dining and catering available), a cyber café, library, fitness center, card room, beauty/barber shop, gazebo, BBQ areas, heated swimming pool/spa, and much more! Our selection of 1 bedroom/1bath and 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments give you eight (8) floor plans to choose from ranging from 590 to a spacious 1440 square feet. All include full kitchens with appliances, microwave, window treatments, individual temperature controls, emergency call system and smoke detectors. A washer-dryer/dishwasher is included in our 2 bedroom apartments. Complimentary laundry facilities are also available.
Monthly Rates
Leases include meals, bi-weekly house keeping, covered parking, full maintenance service, expanded cable television, 24 hour concierge, free transportation and all utilities (except telephone). Casa del Rio offers flexible lease options, so residents can stay for just a little while or long term. Pets are also welcome, so everyone can call Casa del Rio home!

The fourteen member jury was appointed by SAGE and Casa del Rio was awarded an overall score well above many submissions. Casa del Rio is also a Silver Award recipient of the National Association of Home Builders, 2008 50+ Housing Awards.
