The Montecito offers a complete range of rental apartment options and a comprehensive and fun-filled activity program to suit the needs of everyone. Residents enjoy scheduled activities from water aerobics and daily exercise to the well-attended Friday afternoon Social Hour complete with live music. Our ever popular activities program falls under the supervision of a full-time activity director whose motto is "Fun Comes First at The Montecito!"

Spacious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are offered in the two story Montecito, as well as in the freestanding single story Casitas and Villas. Kitchens complete with modern appliances, including a washer and dryer are featured in each apartment, as well as a 24-hour call monitor system. Large closets, complement the bedrooms while linen closets and pantries provide ample space for all of your belongings. Our premiere dining program is showcased in our large dining room, with a private formal dining room available for you and your guests. Heated pools and therapeutic spas, putting green, bocce ball court and over two miles of walking paths provide plenty of opportunities for exercise. A cozy library, complete computer lab, hair salon, fitness center and non-denominational chapel highlight our special features.
Monthly Rates
Monthly rates listed include: our Dining Program and bi-monthly housekeeping, valet parking, scheduled transportation and all utilities excluding personal phone. Extra charges: Garage with storage $75/month and a one time non-refundable small pet fee of $200. Second person charge is $380 per month.
