Arizona Grand Senior Living Community, formerly known for 30 years as Arizona Eastern Star Retirement Center, is located in the prime Biltmore corridor at 24th and Camelback. This premiere community is now managed by Intergenerational Living & Healthcare (a 501 c 3 nonprofit) and The Goodman Group of Minneapolis, Minn.

Arizona Grand Senior Living community features independent and assisted living, plus skilled care, all on one campus. Arizona Grand offers a comfortable, yet affordable, lifestyle with friendly resident and staff, wonderful food and meals, and resident-centered activities. Residents can remain as independent as desired and if additional help is needed services are available on the campus to ensure a continued well-being of each individual.
Building Description
Arizona Grand is a gated community. This four-story stucco building offers a variety of spacious common areas and lounges, a large and inviting community room, a full-service beauty and barber salon and beautiful dining rooms. An outdoor patio and garden areas offer gracious living.
Monthly Rates
Independent Living
A variety of apartment styles cater to those seeking an independent lifestyle. The monthly fee for independent living includes all utilities except phone, 24-hour emergency call system, bi-monthly housekeeping, two meals a day, basic cable television and scheduled transportation, starting at $995.
Assisted living
Private studio apartments are offered. The basic assisted living services include: three meals a day (including special dietary needs), medication administration, utilities except phone, 24-hour emergency call system, basic cable television, linen service for sheets and towels, assistance with personal grooming and planned social activities.
Skilled Nursing Care Center
The 36-bed on-site health care center attends to the individual needs of residents, is Medicare-certified and contracts with many HMO's and hospice organizations. Arizona Grand provides a rehabilitation center with physical, occupational and speech therapy.
