Comfortable one and two bedroom floor plans are available. Living at Baptist Village is affordable with a lease or buy-in option available. The monthly fees include refuse pick up and water. Telephone and electric are the responsibility of the resident. A security deposit is required with each lease; additional deposits for pets and smoking.
