Our calendar is packed full of activities every month. We have an onsite Activity Director who plans a variety of activities such as: community outings, arts and crafts, bingo, entertainment, daily in house movies, community social events, and much more! At Desert Springs we provide services on an ongoing basis both for independent seniors and seniors who may need a range of personal care services.
Building Description
Our beautiful newly remodeled community features our full size one bedroom apartments as well as our studio apartments. We have a fabulous dining room with fine dining and your own personal chef. We also feature or 50's Coca Cola café for your enjoyment! We have 2 libraries, an entertainment room with a large screen TV, and vision enhancer machine, on site beauty/barber shop, laundry room facilities, computer room, activity room and private lounge for common use. There are several common areas located throughout the community for you to socialize with your neighbors.
Monthly Rates
Monthly rates include all utilities (expect telephone), Lifeline, basic extended cable TV, 3 meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, as well as washers and dyers for personal use. We provide you with transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping and community events as well as trips to the swimming pool and exercise classes.
Amenities
Our apartments include refrigerator, stove, sprinklers, smoke detectors, intercom system linked to a front desk, safety bars in bathroom, individual apartment temperature controls, and an emergency call system. Desert Springs has elevators through out the community. There is 24 hour security as well as 24 hour front desk staffing for general assistance.
