Our full size one bedroom apartments include refrigerator, stove, sprinklers, smoke detectors, intercom system linked to a front desk, staffed 24-hours a day, safety bars in bathroom, individual apartment temperature controls, emergency call system, dining room, elevators, 24-hour security, beauty/barber shop, gift shop, laundry rooms, two libraries, computer room, large screen TV, vision enhancer machine, activity room and private lounge for common use.
Monthly Rates
Monthly rates include: All utilities except telephone, Lifeline, basic cable TV, one of 3 meals per day and a snack, front desk staffing for general assistance and emergency response, social and recreational activities, transportation three times per week for grocery shopping, swimming pool, and exercise classes.
Monthly rates at Desert Springs include 3 meals daily, basic cable, all utilities except telephone, weekly housekeeping and linen service as well as washers and dryers for personal use. Transportation is available for doctor's appointments and scheduled activities.
