Our campus sits on five acres of land and consists of 100 apartments. We feature exterior corridors with two stories. Elevators are available for second floor access. Brick buildings with mature trees offer a quiet cool atmosphere during our Arizona summers. Spacious apartments with five different floor plans, most apartments have a balcony or patio, Dishwasher included with every apartment, as well as washer-dryer hookup.
Monthly Rates
Monthly lease agreements include water and sewer, 24 hour security, emergency pull cords in each apartment, scheduled transportation, maintenance on the apartment and use of the large pool, spa and exercise facility. Free storage bin and free covered parking (limited space call for availability).
