All monthly rates include: A well-appointed dining room with three chef-created meals, weekly housekeeping, utilities (excluding telephone), social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities, emergency response system, scheduled chauffeured transportation, expanded cable TV, laundry facilities, maintenance, and 24-hour professionally trained staffing. Each spacious apartment home includes a kitchen, individual heating and air conditioning controls.
