Include Independent and Assisted Living rates. One bedroom apartment homes for Independent Living starts at $2,395.00. One bedroom apartment homes for Assisted Living start at $3,495.00. All monthly rates include: A well-appointed dining room with three chef-created meals daily, weekly housekeeping, utilities (excluding telephone), social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities, emergency response system, scheduled chauffeured transportation, expanded cable TV, laundry facilities, maintenance, and 24-hour staffing. Each spacious apartment home includes a kitchen, individual heating and air conditioning controls.
