Sun Valley Lodge offers a continuum of care providing Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Care all on the same campus. The original retirement community in Sun City, the Lodge is located within a short distance of Boswell Hospital. Every apartment opens onto a green area. Our comfortable lifestyle reminds one of home: good food, neighborhoods and friends. Many of our friendly staff have been with the Lodge over 30 years. We have a comprehensive activity program, transportation, housekeeping and an active volunteer program to foster health of mind, body and spirit.
Building Description
With a newly renovated exterior, Sun Valley Lodge is one story and designed with neighborhoods in mind. Features include central dining area, a beautiful non-denominational chapel, a library, lounges, a coffee bistro, a craft, game and activity room and numerous other common areas. A rose garden, complete with fountain, is the centerpiece of the spacious garden area which can be viewed from the dining room. Inn-Living Apartments are comprised of studios and one-bedroom units. The Garden Apartments located on the west side of the campus are spacious, featuring two bedrooms with patios and bonus rooms.
Monthly Rates
Inn-Living Apartments include utilities (except telephone), three meals daily, scheduled transportation, covered parking, weekly housekeeping and linen service, activities, basic cable and 24-hour emergency call service. The Garden Apartments feature one meal per day and residents are responsible for the electric and telephone bills. Second person fee is $500 for Inn-Living and $375 for Garden Apartments.

The on-site Health Care Center has physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy available to all apartment residents.
