Citrus Manor provides the highest level of care you will find in the Valley. Our primary goal is to make you feel a part of a loving family. Aging in place isn't simply a concept. We strive to ensure that if you or your loved one is in need of assisted living in the East Valley, that you need look no further.
Our fine caregivers are supported 24 hours/7 days a week by full service Home Health, Hospice, and Medical Equipment company. Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, CNA's, Chaplains, and even Volunteers are frequent visitors to our home. This ensures our ability to be proactive in the care we provide, thus eliminating many unnecessary trips to the doctor's office or worse - hospitalizations.
Communication with the resident and/or family is vital to our holistic approach. Everything is not done "by our rules," but rather a collaborative effort. In doing so, everyone's autonomy and dignity is respected - especially that of our residents.
Activities/Services
In addition to our wonderful home-cooked meals & snacks, there is English speaking staff awake in our home 24 hours a day. All staff is background checked and is State certified. Special diets and food requests can be arranged. In valuing all of our residents, birthdays and holidays of all denominations are celebrated. Members from any house of worship are always welcome to hold prayer services for residents and families should they desire. Medications are professionally managed and overseen by a licensed nurse. We are affiliated with many local pharmacies that deliver to our home. While we do have routines and activities - there is always room for flexibility in meeting all of our resident's unique needs. In-home podiatry services can be arranged if necessary. Meeting any/all of the resident's needs to perform activities for daily living will be met.

Citrus Manor is a distinguished as it sounds. Accommodating 10 residents, we are located in Mesa, only a few miles from the 202 Freeway. The large citrus trees in the front yard speak to the beauty of our home. Set on over an acre of land, residents especially enjoy the large Arizona room. The home's interior is always kept clean and every resident's room can be decorated with any of their personal belongings in order to give it as much of a "feeling of home," as possible.
