Nursing Staff
The facility's Nursing team who take pride in providing excellent care to medically complex patients. Our professional nursing staff includes registered/licensed nurses 24-hours per day.
Specialized services include: wound management, IV and Infusion therapy, colostomy, ileostomy and gastrostomy tube care, in addition to restorative nursing programs which are unique to each patient's specific needs.
Special Rehab Services
Dr. John P. Kelley, MD serves as our Rehabilitation Medical Director. He is Board Certified with both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electromyography. Our highly trained Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists function as interdisciplinary team members, in conjunction with our Nursing, Case Management, Dietary, Social Services and Recreational Services Depts., to address the therapeutic needs of each patient. The ultimate goal of our team is to provide a continuum of care beginning with our individualized inpatient program and following through with family education, discharge planning, home health services and follow up when the patient returns home.

Our one story facility was remodeled in 2001 and includes and elegant dinning/activity room with large screen T.V. We are conveniently located one block south of Scottsdale Health Care Osborn campus, with close freeway access and we even have a beauty shop. Whether recovering from surgery or a serious illness, Scottsdale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center understands how complex choosing the very best can be.
