Our on-site restorative nursing services compliment the full spectrum of therapy available to Baptist Village-Sun Ridge Health Care residents. Registered and licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours per day.

The full-time social services director and full-time activities director ensure a well-rounded lifestyle for the residents, respectful of their ability to participate. Shuttle service supports monthly social outings and residents' appointments. The community Chaplain oversees Bible studies and religious services. There are resident and family support groups, pet therapy, intergenerational programs and weekly arts and crafts, social activities, special events, bingo, entertainment and daily exercise. The on-site hair salon is convenient for residents to use.

Building Description
This single level health care center provides ample room for the many activities and functions planned for the residents, plus private spaces for families to visit. The main dining room features an adjacent private dining room for special needs. The community surrounds a lush, central courtyard providing an easily accessible and safe retreat for fresh air and sunshine. The community also offers lounges, therapy room and ice cream shoppe. Opened in 1988, there are 30 resident rooms; 28 semi-private and 2 private rooms.
Rates
Amenities include three daily meals, snacks, special diets, cable TV and personal laundry service. Personal and medical supply items, room telephone and special therapies are not included. Large private rooms (converted from semi-private rooms) are available.

The community is conveniently located in Surprise, near Sun City West, about five miles northwest of Sunhealth Boswell Memorial Hospital and four miles southeast of Sunhealth Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital. Baptist Village-Sun Ridge is owned and operated by Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers, Inc., an Arizona non-profit organization providing faith-based communities for seniors.
