Clinical Staff
Individuals working with memory loss must have compassion, understanding and creativity. Staff is carefully selected and trained to understand and manage the unique challenges associated with dementia. Many of the same caregivers are with a resident throughout the day, helping with all their needs. Consistency of staff is maintained in order to build familiarity and trust. Our staff is trained to understand and manage unpredictable behaviors and a need for an individualized approach for every resident, depending on the progression of the disease.
We understand that creative problem solving is needed when providing dignity and quality of life to individuals with memory loss. For this we have dedicated dementia care specialist on staff to support our staff, residents and families. Our nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Memory Care program provides housing and a secure and caring environment, around-the-clock activities, and 24-hour a day support for older adults that require assistance with activities of daily living. Our communities and programs are provide for the physical, emotional and behavioral needs of individuals with early to late stages of Alzheimer's Disease and other memory impairments.
Therapeutic services
Our personalized assessment evaluates individual needs and preferences. Then we customize a service plan to meet those needs and preferences. The personalized plan is based upon the amount of time it takes to provide quality services. Therefore, residents only pay for what they need and want.
Building Description
Our town square concept is designed to allow safe wandering, reduce agitation and promote appropriate stimulation. Our purpose built community incorporates special features, including circular paths designed to lead residents to areas of activity, enclosed, outdoor courtyards, small spaces decorated like home and shadow boxes for residents personal mementos. Our full service dining room offers a relaxing setting, generous hours and well trained staff.
Optional Services
We offer additional services for unscheduled needs and personal requests including room service, escorts to outside appointments, shopping and running errands. There is also an on site library and a full service beauty/barber shop.
