Clinical Staff
Emergency nursing care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Scottsdale Village Square skilled nursing unit that is also located on campus. Additionally, the Memory Care Center is staffed 24/7 with nurses and caregivers who know your loved one's routines and needs, and are ready to respond at a moment's notice at any time of the day or night.

Scottsdale Village Square's revolutionary Activity-Based Memory Care program focuses on resident involvement in the activities of daily life, from choosing clothes in the morning to gardening and family-style dining.
Our caregivers take the time to get to know each resident so that meaningful small-group and individual activities are always on the schedule. This personal knowledge of each resident enables us to customize our service and care to residents' individual likes and dislikes fears, needs, and hopes. We calm agitation through therapeutic redirection, and our staff is always on the alert for wandering, depression, and other issues associated with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Our rates for Memory Care include all services, amenities, and care. Your loved one will receive snacks and three wholesome meals each day, housekeeping and linen service, utilities, assistance with the activities of daily living, group and individual activities, and care specifically focused on needs arising from dementia.
