Clinical Staff
Professionally trained staff who meet or exceed Arizona's highest standards of expertise, nurture residents 24 hours a day. Experienced geriatric nurse practitioners are on call 24 hours/day and make regularly scheduled visits to residents each week. Five nutritional dining opportunities created each day under chef supervision. Staff also includes a dedicated Legacy Care™ Manager, full-time Activities Director, professional nurses and housekeepers.

The Stratford provides a residential approach to care for those with memory impairment including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias through the exclusive Legacy Care™ Program. Enriched programming is designed to encourage self-reliance and independence centered on active living. Stimulating activities tailored to the resident's abilities create an uplifting, successful environment. Among resident favorites are community outings, musical programs, games, pampering hair and nail services, outside entertainers, sing-a-longs, visiting pets, and restaurant-quality fine dining with family members.
Therapeutic Services
Additional services available include home health, podiatry, audiology, hospice, individual and family counseling and pastoral care. On-site health care provider visits billable to Medicare.

Each has its own color scheme and unique decor and includes a dining room, kitchen and activity areas where neighbors gather for group activities.
