Building Description
Glencroft's 225 bed Medicare certified care center is located on the beautiful 40 acre Glencroft community. (see page 124 for additional information) The continuum of care is designed to meet all physical and spiritual needs. Specialized units within the care center provide 24-hour skilled care to individuals with varying acuity and dementia needs. An early dementia program, Joshua Tree for moderate needs and an advanced palliative unit called Purple Sage provide a specialized approach to dementia care. Glencroft hosts a weekly support group in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association. Hospice services are provided when needed. Respite care is available to accommodate nightly and weekly arrangements. Assisted Living apartments offering personal and directed care are available on a month to month basis.
